These terms explain the conditions for using Poll. By creating a poll or submitting a response, you agree to them.

1. The service
Poll provides lightweight self-reported voting for informal, trusted groups. It is not an election platform, identity-verification service, certified survey system, or decision-making authority.
2. Capability links
Public, management, and response links grant different access. Keep management and response links private. Anyone holding a private link may exercise its permissions.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for poll content, the people who receive links, and decisions made from results. Do not collect sensitive, unlawful, misleading, or unnecessary personal information.
4. Anonymous does not mean election-grade
Poll does not request participant names or accounts, but it also does not prove identity, uniqueness, eligibility, or freedom from link forwarding. Do not use it where verified or legally binding voting is required.
5. Availability and limits
The service is provided as available and may change, be interrupted, or discontinue. We may restrict abusive use and apply technical limits for security and reliability.
